Who we are

VirtualTrainingPro is the training arm of Virtual Infrastructure Services LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company based in South Brunswick, New Jersey. When this policy says “we” it means that company. You can reach us at training@virtualtrainingpro.com or (732) 200-7351.

What we collect, and when

We only collect what you hand us. There is no account system on this site and nothing here asks you to create one.

• Enquiry and quote forms. Your name, email, company and whatever you type into the message box. These are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-relay service. They are not stored in a database on this site.
• Course registration. Name, email, and the course and cohort you chose. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles the card and tells us only that the payment succeeded, along with the billing name and email on the receipt.
• Booking a consultation. Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time so the meeting can be scheduled.
• Delivering a course you enrolled in. Your name and email are shared with ISACA where a course includes an exam voucher or ISACA membership, because ISACA issues those in your name and cannot do so without them.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages are read. It also carries the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which lets us measure whether our LinkedIn advertising reaches anyone and to show ads to people who have visited the site before.

These set cookies in your browser. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, and you can control LinkedIn advertising from your LinkedIn account settings without affecting anything else on this site. Nothing on this site requires a cookie to work.

Why we are allowed to use it

If you filled in a form or enrolled in a course, we use your details to do the thing you asked for — that is the contract between us. Analytics and advertising rest on our legitimate interest in knowing whether our own marketing works, and you can object to that at any time using the contact details above.

Who else sees it

Only the services named above: Web3Forms, Stripe, Calendly, Google, LinkedIn, and ISACA where a course requires it. Each of these processes data under its own terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful and are deleted on request. Enrolment and payment records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Analytics data expires on Google's schedule, currently 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to get a copy of it, and to tell us to stop using it. This covers rights under the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email training@virtualtrainingpro.com and we will answer within 30 days. We will not charge you for asking and we will not treat you differently for having asked.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payment happens entirely inside Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

Children

This is professional certification training. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
