CCAK (Certificate of Cloud Auditing Knowledge) is a joint credential from ISACA and the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA). It validates knowledge of cloud audit methodology, the CSA Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM), and cloud-specific governance and risk assessment. It is the first credential specifically designed for cloud auditing.

Is CCAK useful for FedRAMP auditing?

Yes. CCAK provides the cloud audit methodology and CSA CCM knowledge that translates directly to FedRAMP Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) work. FedRAMP auditors who hold CCAK are equipped to apply the CCM mapping to NIST 800-53 controls in cloud service provider assessments.
